UBMA is turning 1 – and we are inviting the entire family to celebrate with us!

Join us at West Bloomfield Trail , 4655 Arrowhead Rd. in West Bloomfield, MI.  We hosted our very first wellness walk at Belle Isle Park in Detroit, in the summer of 2020 and we were excited to celebrate one year of walking together at the very same location it all began, however this year our Anniversary wellness weekend falls during a major event hosted on the island, hence we’ve changed our meeting location. (*West Bloomfield trail is easy and scenic, we’ve walked it many times before)

Please bring your families so we can walk, talk and be well together.  I couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate UBMA turning one than with our mom community and our families who love us and support our health and wellness.
