Join UBMA for our monthly wellness walk – we walk for as short or as long as we need; but typically we walk for an hour because we deserve a minimum of an hour for self-care, and for tending to our physical and social wellness. Just bring comfortable walking shoes, a bottle of water & don’t forget to wear your sunscreen. You are always encouraged to bring a fellow mama or two along to walk too. We all deserve to Be Well.
Each month we try to meet at a different walking trail in Metro Detroit. We love suggestions, and this month we will walk the trails of Palmer Park in Detroit. As time nears, I will email to all those who have RSVP’d a designated meeting spot. Please email with any questions.
