UBMA is pumped to welcome back fellow super-mom and fitness guru, Carly Britton of Diligent Fitness. Carly is back to help us feel good and Get Fit. She is a mom who balances work and family like the rest of us, AND who understands the importance of self-care and how taking time out for our fitness is a healthy form of wellness.
Join Carly on self-care Sunday February 27th, at 9 am EST for a quick, healthy and deserved 30 minute workout. You do not need to be a “workout” pro to join, only qualification is “you deserve 30 minutes of self-care ” which is undoubtedly all of us; and our only ask is that you show up on time. We will email all who RSVP below with any additional information you will require. Zoom link will be provided via email also.
